Peso Priced Item.  A beautifully framed portrait by local artist I. DeBlanc, locally she sells her more modern works, this is from a decade back I would guess.  She has exhibited in San Miguel de Allende.  She she studied at the famous San Carlos Academy in Mexico City.  We do not know who the subject is. This came from a local estate and the heirs were unaware of how this came to be in the family home or who it is.   This measures 16"  x 19" framed and the actual artwork measures 10.5" by 13.5" (oil on artist board). Very good condition.
