Peso Priced Item:  Colonial Church View by Mexican artist A. G. Nuñez.  Armando Garcia Nuñez, 1883-1965.  
 
This measures 7 3/4" by 9 1/2 " in a very simple Mexican frame (the actual artwork measures 5" by 7"). 
Oil on artist board, it is signed lower right.  In faint pencil you can just make out "Montmartre" and the name of the original owner on the verso.
This is from my personal collection of Mexican paintings. 
Since we moved to the Hacienda Santa Barbara I have had to part with some of my 30 year acumulation of paintings! The new house is much bigger with less wall space due to windows, doors, arches, fireplaces, etc!
